How To Get A Feminine/Slender Body?! **10pts! PlsAnswer!**?

heyy:) haha im 12 too:) i noticed back in september when i joined a swim team i came from 133 lbs to 125 in the first month while eating like a pig. try joining a swim team, go to ur own pool, or swim at a local pool. AT LEAST 45 min 3x a week. itll reallyyy help u out(:. also, if u dnt like swimmimg u could jog. or jump rope or jumping jacks!! at least 45 min for 3x a week tho. and for the food.. u jst need encouragement. Cmon, you can do it!!! eating might feel good, but it feels even better when u look in a mirror and ur happy with what u see. just eat less. if ur mom buys the microwable food then eat it!! jst split the foods u eat in half and itll be aiighte:)
