People selling similar food next to my Mexican restaurant?

I own a Mexican restaurant and there's a taco truck less than 30 feet away selling tacos, burritos and all that stuff. Now the gas station in the same corner as my restaurant is selling Mexican food too, and I was here first. Who can I complaint about this? My restaurant is in the county not in the city.
