Why is Mexican food so good?

I love Mexican food! It's so good It's full of flavorful spices and taste so good! Why is that? Why does Mexican food taste so good? I love Nachos, Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Sour Cream, Guacamole, etc. Why is Mexican food so good?
