Need someone savvy in the art of "roach coach" chicken burrito making?
Title pretty much says it all, but I used to buy the best chicken burritos from a reach coach in Sacramento while going to school, but have since moved back to Idaho. I was hoping to be able to recreate these burritos in my kitchen, but I have no idea how they made them. Just a chicken, rice, bean, and cheese burrito wrapped in tin foil. Had a very good red hot sauce or maybe it was a non-chunky salsa, but I'm not sure. It was kinda soggy towards the bottom but I don't mind. And the tortillas were crisp. And suggestions on how to make something close to this would be so greatly appreciated. I already looked at tons of online recipes but they don't sound right. I want to know how these reach coaches make them...like what and how they cook them on etc... thanks
