Hair AND Bone in Bakers Burritos?

Ok, so i went to bakers in Upland and my dad orderd two bean and cheese burritos, and one boneless chicken burrito. My brither and i ate the bean and chees burritos fine, and then my dad said something. He said he found a bone in his "boneless chicken breast" burrito! He of course told a worker to otify, and of course they happily gave him a replacement burrito (wasn't chicken this time). My dad lost his appetite, so he gave the burrito to my brother. My brother like to eat it in two halves, so he brought a knife to cut it. As he was cutting it, i noticed something black. I told my brither to stop cutting, and we found a short black hair in the cheese (knew it wasnt hair from the head D: ). We then again called over the same worker and told them the problem. She thoiught we we were lying, and so she said, "You have to be kidding me, if it was in the burrito it would have sauce on it". We found it in the cheese! Of course there would be no sauce on it! Anyway i just wanted to know if anyone elses had a problem with their burritos from that fast food place? And is it normal to find a "surprise in every burrito", or was it just a lucky coincidence? But I'm definitely NEVER going there again!
