Should the death penalty be bought back in the UK?

No, I disagree. The death penalty has been shown through the world to be ineffective (it does nothing to reduce the incidence of crime and may even increase it ), unfair (overwhelmingly those convicted of capital murder are poor), inaccurate (it is almost certain that innocent men will be executed at some point), and expensive (the extra costs of a capital trial far outweigh the costs of life in prison.
