Shouldn't Convicted Murderers Have a Choice?

For the most part I agree with you. The only issue I have is that these prisoners were arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced according o the law. They created the situation by breaking the law in the first place. In the end the law must be upheld and order restored. If the prisoner is to be given the choice of execution, then we need to amend the laws to allow this. Until then the prisoners final act on earth must be made in accordance with law.
