I ate undercooked sausage?!?

Someone help please! I am so scared. I have finals tomorrow so I can't miss school, I had breakfast burritos for dinner, eggs, sausage and cheese. While I was eating my dinner I saw that half of the sausage pieces were very light pink, and now 6 hours later my stomach is very crampy and I feel like I'm going to vomit. Please tell me whether I am going to die. And PLEASE tells I won't get a tapeworm. It's my worst fear in my life. Thanks, T
