Too much water? lose a little weight?

I don't think you can drink too much water. It's always good to stay hydrated. I play tennis, and I recommend the Gatorade Fruit Punch packs 15 minutes BEFORE activity. They are a concentrate that is kind of thick, and it tastes good and gives you a lot of energy. After a workout, protein is always good, to help rebuild the muscle tears. So things like meat, or peanut butter crackers. Also, chocolate milk is supposed to be REALLY good for you after you workout. Fruit and veggies are always good to eat, and so are granola bars. Eat your breakfast earlier, and eat a big, healthy breakfast so that you don't crave snacks throughout the day. Breakfast is like the most important meal of the day. And yes, your dad is correct. I think the frozen foods are high in sodium. I don't think ALL frozen food is horrible, but you're always better off eating organic and natural foods. Hope this helped. :) good luck
