What are little stuffed fried tortillas called?

Like you can buy frozen in the supermarket. I want to get some easy recipes but idk the name of them there's so many things like tacos fajitas enchiladas and burritos. I really just want some good food for the week ive got chicken cheese and will get sour cream tortillas and maybe salsa.
