Can I use a haworthia on a wart?

Hi, so I've had warts on my knees for the past Two years. I've tried freezing but it only worked for one, I looked up cures and one is to rub aloe Vera onto the wart. I thought I had one until it turned out to be a HAWORTHIA :( I don't really know if I should be applying it to the wart and I was wondering if someone knew, if you don't know, can you give me some other remedies please :) as I am going to france in one week and the warts are VERY embarrassing. By the way, I am currently using dandelion sap :) please help :S xx
