IT career option for Nutritionist?

I've studied nutrition/dietetics,I have experience working in this field for 3yrs,now I want to give a change to my career!I wanna move to healthcare IT(healthcare software modules,like LIMS,SAP IS healthcare),can anybody please tell me what I should do or what I can do or where I can fit in IT?
