Should Casey Anthony get the Death Penalty?

YES she should. I know America's Justice system has nothing but sympathy for child murderers. After all, America wouldn't be America if baby killers had rights. 1st degree murder will land you 25 to life. Murdering a baby or a small child should be a definite needle in the arm......or neck. But because women are less likely to commit heinous murders than men, her gender will probably grant her some exemptions. Had she been a man, she'd probably be on death row. What a b*tch
