Should tennis star Simona Halep have been allowed breast reduction surgery?

I think she should because most people do not have webbed feet for example, whereas there are many more women than her with smaller breasts in tennis, this is just simply making her more like the other tennis players. There is a difference in my opinion between changing something that handicaps you compared with others than there is handicapping others by changing yourself.
