What can you make with tortillas?

I use tortillas for a lot of things like ...I cut into chip shape then fry them and shake them with sugar and cinnamen, I use them as a crust for a breakfast queash. I roll cream cheese in them then fry them, then roll in coacoa and sugar. I love tortillas! Not just for burritos........Any ideas?
